Symbiose mycorhizienne et évolution des champignons.      Monique Gardes.

This lab studies the composition, patterns, and dynamics of diversity of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi:
  1.  How to explain the diversity of ECM fungi at various geographical scales?
  2. How species of ectomycorrhizal fungi interact with each other as well as with other organismes
  3. To what extent the diversity of ECM fungi contributes to the structure and functioning of plant community
Our collaboration is toward the design and use of  DNA chips  to identify fungi.
